On Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 August a19 of15 hours will be given at the headquarters of AS.HO.GA. Training Course entitled “Purchase, Receipt and Storage of Raw Materials” for the hospitality industry. The same will be the responsibility of the Trainer of FEHGRA, Melisa Wajchman Nutrition Counselor.

In these training sessions will provide tools that allow the human resources involved in the process of Buying and Receiving Commodities qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate incoming material at a Hotel or Restaurant. Also will the knowledge to sort and store raw materials ensuring hygiene and food safety.
