Buenos Aires Concert Theatre by Ukraine and Diversity
The Department of Human Rights and Cultural Pluralism in the Buenos Aires government through its Department of Communities organized the penultimate edition of the Buenos Aires Concert in the Golden Hall of the House of Culture, this time with the Ukrainian community as protagonist. In addition, the fourth edition begins the cycle Theatre for Diversity, to be held from August 29 to September 1, in San Martín Cultural Center (Sarmiento 1551).

Buenos Aires Concert The program consists of nine concerts where musicians looking to incorporate a level platform such as the Golden Hall of the House of Culture to express themselves, show their work and music to all neighbors and At the same time, enrich the spirit and enthusiasm of this community that gave them shelter.
In this eighth meeting, the Ukrainian community musicians will perform various musical pieces that represent the typical music of the Eastern European country.
On September 26, the Greek community will provide the final concert of the year, in what will be the end of this 2012 edition of the Buenos Aires Concert.

Theatre for Diversity is a space that supports and promotes the artwork of local vocational residing in the city. Organized by the Department of Human Rights and Cultural Pluralism through the Directorate General of Communities of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, the fourth edition of the event will be held from August 29 to September 1 at the Centro Cultural General San Martin.
The 2012 edition has the participation of 25 teams that represent 18 communities: Italian, Bolivian, Arabic, Cuban, Chilean, Jewish, China, Paraguay, Spanish, Korean, Ecuadorian, Galician, Russian, Peruvian, Brazilian, Bulgarian, Colombian and Mexicana.
Theatre for Diversity provides the ability to make a big scene, where diversity is recognized in common histories and shared desires.
The event will take place in four days, from Wednesday 29 August to Saturday 1st September inclusive. Drama groups act simultaneously on two stages of the Cultural Center Gral San Martin: M Hall (4th floor) and Hall D (mezzanine).
Every night, in each of the two scenarios, three communities show their work. Each cast will perform a representation of 20 minutes’ duration and a live band will join the proposals conclude with a final salute shared by the three stakeholder groups.
The functions will be at 19:30 h. Admission is free and is removed by box office one hour before the start of the function. Also be withdrawn, from Tuesday 21, by the office of the Human Rights Department Rivadavia 611, 10th floor 10 to 17 h.
