Export of medicines for family use

WHAT IS
Authorize the applicant to send to family medicine or are temporarily residing abroad.

HOW IS
1 .- The appropriate form of the National Administration of Customs may retire in the Argentine Post Office window or Commercial Service of the Directorate of Evaluation of Medicinal Products (ANMAT) Avenida de Mayo 869, 2nd Floor, City of Buenos Aires.
2 .- The applicant must appear in the window of the ANMAT with:
a) The completed form in triplicate.
b) The drugs to be sent, within their respective boxes, as they were purchased at the pharmacy, for control.
3 .- evaluates this information and, if no objections, the applicant is given the form signed by authorized officials ANMAT to the National Administration of Customs.
4 .- Then the applicant must attend the International Mail, located in Av and Antarctica Argentina Comodoro Py, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, to finalize the delivery.

WHAT DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED. REQUIREMENTS
1 .- Form of the National Administration of Customs: they must complete the following information:
- Name and surname of the sender.
- First and last name.
- Names of medications that are sent.
- The amount of each drug that is sent.

- Can be sent to a maximum of five (5) containers per drug.
- This type of authorization is restricted from sending, can not be sent because psychotropic drugs, prepared lectures or medical samples. Only those medications can be sent that have valid certificate number to the ANMAT, except for the aforementioned psychotropic and narcotic drugs and medical samples.

WHO CAN / MUST BE
Those who need to send medicines to relatives who reside or are temporarily outside the country. It’s not personal but the form must be completed with the data of the person making the delivery from the mail.

MANY TIMES SHOULD ATTEND THE AGENCY TO DO
ONCE should attend:
1 .- To authorize each shipment. Then you must go to the International Postal Center for dispatch.
