Angola’s foreign minister visits Israel
Luanda. – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Angola, George Chicoti, made a three-day visit to Israel as part of strengthening bilateral cooperation between both countries, official sources reported here.
While in the Middle Eastern country, the Angolan Foreign Minister will lay a wreath at the Yad Vashen (Holocaust Memorial) and visit other cultural institutions, local broadcast media.
Also, among other activities, will meet with Israeli President Shimon Peres, and meet with African ambassadors accredited in Jerusalem, which address the current situation in the African context.
Angola and Israel maintain cooperative ties in various fields, including agriculture and training of cadres.
