Carney was referring to comments made by Biden this week at a campaign event in Virginia in connection with the reform of Wall Street. Biden told a crowd mixed race at the Republican approach regarding the financial industry “chained again.” The Republican party angered by the racial message of the comment and asked leave Obama Biden as his running mate.

“The vice president spoke on Wall Street reform,” Carney said today, noting that Republicans are trying to “make a fuss about nothing” and that the Republican Party is making this effort because “they are losing political debates fairly overwhelming “.
